1. ChatGPT Plus subscription failed: payment declined or the page keeps spinning

If you encounter a ChatGPT Plus subscription failure, first confirm that your payment method supports “overseas online subscriptions/international payments.” Many bank cards have default risk controls that block such transactions. You can try a different card, contact the card issuer to lift the restriction, or switch to an in-app purchase channel within the system (such as subscribing via the mobile app) to complete the ChatGPT Plus subscription.

If the page keeps reloading or there’s no response after submission, try again in an incognito/private window first, disable browser extensions (especially ad blockers/script-related ones), and clear cache and cookies.
