What drives people craziest when using Claude is often not not knowing how to use it, but “can’t get in, can’t send, suddenly interrupted.” This article consolidates and explains the most common issues: registration and login failures, message sending errors, session interruptions, and what to do when your account is flagged by risk controls.
Registration or login failure: rule out email and browser issues first
When Claude registration fails, first confirm your email can receive messages normally and check whether the verification email landed in the spam folder; some corporate email systems may block verification links. If you’re stuck in a login loop or keep getting redirected back to the login page, try switching to a different browser or using incognito/private mode, and clear the site cache and cookies before trying again.
If you have an ad blocker, script blocker, or privacy extension enabled, consider temporarily disabling it; these extensions may block Claude’s login redirect. If it still fails, use a stable network environment whenever possible, and avoid frequently switching nodes, which can cause verification anomalies.
Messages won’t send or frequent errors: start with the network and the input content
If Claude shows send failures or request errors, the most common causes are an unstable network or an expired page session. First refresh the page and try again, and copy the content from the input box locally to avoid losing it after a refresh.
If you paste a very long text all at once or include a large number of special symbols or extremely long code blocks, Claude may slow down or even get interrupted. Sending the content in several parts is more stable and also makes it easier to pinpoint which part triggered the exception.
