According to an OpenAI case study, STADLER, a company with around 230 years of history, is introducing ChatGPT to reshape its internal knowledge workflows. This project targets approximately 650 employees, with the core goal of helping staff access information faster, organize key points, and handle repetitive text and knowledge tasks, thereby saving time and accelerating overall productivity.
In practice, ChatGPT supports cross-departmental daily knowledge work: for instance, summarizing lengthy documents, quickly generating and revising business texts, structuring scattered information, and aiding employees in more efficient information retrieval and content drafting. OpenAI notes that this approach reduces time spent on data searches and document processing, allowing teams to focus more on decision-making, collaboration, and high-value work.
