StubHub Integrates with Claude: Search Live Event Tickets via AI Assistant

The world’s leading live event ticket marketplace, StubHub (NYSE: STUB), recently announced an integration with Anthropic’s AI assistant Claude. Starting now, users can discover and browse live events worldwide directly within Claude’s chat interface, and access real-time ticket prices and seat information. This integration makes StubHub the only ticketing platform connected to multiple major AI assistants—it already supports OpenAI’s ChatGPT.

With this update, Claude users can search for concerts, sports events, theater performances, and other live activities without leaving the conversation, and view real-time seat-level inventory and pricing. “StubHub’s mission is to help fans discover live events, and our AI integrations ensure our marketplace reaches users wherever they’re having a conversation,” said Nayaab Islam, President and Chief Product Officer at StubHub. The move is part of StubHub’s “AI distribution strategy”, aimed at connecting every AI assistant conversation directly to live event ticketing.

As AI assistants become increasingly embedded in everyday life, the deep integration of ticketing platforms with AI has the potential to reshape how users buy tickets.
