StubHub (NYSE: STUB) announced on April 23, 2026, that it has integrated its global live event ticketing platform with Anthropic’s AI assistant Claude. Users can now discover and browse live concerts, sports events, and theater shows worldwide directly within the Claude chat interface, accessing real-time ticket prices and seat-level availability. This integration makes StubHub the only ticketing platform currently supporting both ChatGPT and Claude, two leading AI assistants.
Building on its earlier integration with ChatGPT, this move expands StubHub’s “AI distribution strategy.” By embedding ticketing data into the core logic of AI conversations, StubHub aims to let users complete the entire journey from discovery to purchase through natural dialogue. Nayaab Islam, President and Chief Product Officer of StubHub, said: “We built StubHub to be the go-to place for fans to discover live events, and AI integration ensures that wherever fans are having a conversation, they can tap into our vast catalog of events.” Claude users can now ask about upcoming concerts, team games, or theater shows, and the system returns structured information including seat maps, price trends, and section recommendations.
