StubHub Teams Up with Anthropic Claude: Explore Live Events with AI

Global live event ticketing platform StubHub has announced a partnership with AI company Anthropic, integrating its ticketing platform into the AI assistant Claude. Users can now discover and browse live events worldwide directly within Claude's chat interface, accessing real-time pricing and seat-level availability information. This new capability makes StubHub the only major ticketing platform to simultaneously connect with multiple leading AI assistants, following a similar integration launched earlier in ChatGPT.

StubHub's President and Chief Product Officer, Nayaab Islam, stated: "StubHub's mission is to help fans discover live events, and AI integration ensures our marketplace reaches fans wherever conversations happen." Through this integration, Claude users can query dynamic data including seat maps, pricing trends, and section recommendations without needing to switch to another app for initial filtering. StubHub says it is building a distribution strategy aimed at making live event information accessible from any AI-driven conversation.

This partnership marks a significant breakthrough for the ticketing industry in AI search and discovery.
