Recently, AI company Anthropic announced a range of new connectors for its assistant Claude, designed specifically for creative professionals. The update covers mainstream creative tools including the Adobe Suite, Blender, SketchUp, as well as Ableton, Affinity, Autodesk Fusion, Resolume Arena, Wire, and Splice. According to Anthropic, these integrations open up new workflows for creators, enabling them to take on larger-scale design and multimedia projects.
The new connectors allow Claude to interact directly with creative software. For example, users can generate or edit 3D scenes in Blender using natural language commands, assist with layers and masks in Adobe applications, or quickly adjust modeling parameters in SketchUp. In addition, Anthropic has launched Claude Design, a new product dedicated to prototyping, slideshow creation, and interface sketching, further expanding its creative toolkit. That same week, Anthropic also announced the Project Glasswing initiative, which leverages the latest AI models to help tech companies identify security vulnerabilities in operating systems and browsers.
