Many users encounter payment failure prompts when subscribing to OpenClaw. This is usually because the bank card does not support international payments or has insufficient balance. It is recommended to use foreign currency credit cards like Visa or Mastercard, and ensure that overseas payment functionality is enabled. If it still fails, try binding your card through PayPal to complete the transaction.

Regarding plan selection, the OpenClaw Standard edition is suitable for personal daily use, while the Premium edition offers longer conversation history and unlimited voice call duration. If you are unsure which to choose, start with the Standard edition and upgrade anytime later. The price difference will be prorated daily.

Common Causes of Login Failure and Account Lockout

Switching Between Multiple Devices and Data Sync

Note that conversation history is synced to the cloud in real time, but voice call history is only saved on the primary device.
