Claude Integrates with 28 Security and Compliance Platforms, Elevating Enterprise AI Governance

Anthropic announced last week that its AI assistant, Claude, now integrates with 28 security and compliance platforms, enabling enterprise IT teams to manage and govern the tool more efficiently. At the heart of this update is the Claude Compliance API, which gives IT and security teams programmatic access to two key data streams: conversation content from Claude Enterprise (including chat logs, uploaded files, and project materials), and activity event logs from both Claude Enterprise and the Claude platform (such as user logins, admin actions, and configuration changes).

With these integrations, security teams can apply existing monitoring and governance policies directly to Claude, just as they would with any other enterprise application. Anthropic has published detailed documentation for Claude Enterprise and the Claude platform on its help center. Notably, the first wave of integration partners includes well-known security vendors such as CrowdStrike, Palo Alto Networks, and Microsoft, signaling a substantive step forward for Claude in enterprise-grade security governance.

As enterprises accelerate their adoption of generative AI, balancing productivity gains with security risk management has become critical. By standardizing through an API and building an ecosystem of integrations, Anthropic transforms Claude from a “black box” into an auditable, controllable enterprise asset.
