Investment giant LVP is accelerating its artificial intelligence strategy. Data and AI head Ivan Wong told media that the firm has deployed OpenClaw and Anthropic’s Claude models in a hybrid cloud environment. Wong emphasized that LVP believes organizations failing to deeply integrate AI within the next two to three years will face an “existential problem,” and that the hybrid cloud architecture is designed to balance data security with AI workload requirements.
LVP’s investments range from clean-tech startups to affordable housing projects. The core goal of this AI transformation is to “free up people to focus on higher-value work.” Wong noted that relying entirely on public cloud for AI operations introduces complexity, so the company chose to build local infrastructure with OpenClaw that works alongside models like Claude. This move marks the latest attempt by a major investment firm to strike a balance between compliance and efficiency.
