ChatGPT Plus, OpenAI's premium membership, gives you priority access to GPT-4, faster response times, and plugin support. Many users in China encounter payment and account hurdles during sign-up. Preparation: Register & Log In to Your OpenAI Account

First, make sure you have an OpenAI account. Go to chat.openai.com and sign up using your email, Google, or Microsoft account. If you already have a free account, simply log in.
