Social media platform X (formerly Twitter) recently announced the launch of a new advertising product called Creator Connect, designed to use artificial intelligence to connect brands with creators and further expand the platform's footprint in the creator economy. According to official statements and multiple media reports, the tool is powered by Elon Musk's xAI team and can automatically match brands with the most suitable creators based on audience characteristics, real-time trends, and campaign goals, thereby improving ad targeting efficiency.
Unlike previous ad models that only served top-tier creators, Creator Connect focuses on small and mid-sized creators on the platform, helping more quality content producers secure brand partnership opportunities. Through this strategy, X aims to capture a larger share of the vast creator advertising market. The tool is currently in testing, allowing brands to set budgets and requirements through the dashboard. The system generates a recommendation list based on real-time data and audience overlap, with support for performance tracking and optimization.
