According to data from outage monitoring site Downdetector, reports peaked around 9:30 AM ET, with more than 15,000 users reporting connection issues. The most affected areas were concentrated on the East Coast, including New York, Boston, and Washington, D.C., while users in Chicago, Dallas, and Atlanta also reported similar problems.
This marks the second consecutive day of availability issues for the X platform. On June 21 (Sunday) around noon (ET), Downdetector detected over 2,600 users reporting access anomalies, though the problem was resolved within a relatively short period. By late morning on June 22, multiple tech media outlets confirmed that X platform had gradually restored normal access, with most users able to log back in and use the service. As of now, X has not issued an official statement regarding the specific cause of the outage.
